Exhaust Fan with 3CCT and Nightlight, Dimmable LED Light, 90CFM, 1.5 Sones

This is a review for Akicon Bathroom Exhaust Fan with Light, 15W Dimmable 3CCT LED Light with 5W Night Light Bathroom Fans for Ceiling, 90 CFM, 1.5 Sones Ventilation Fan for Bathroom and Home, Square, Silver.

This was about 2 inches smaller overall the existing unit. I had to get creative to install it and make it look good, but I was able to achieve that goal. I was also able to fix an issue with the vent not actually venting to atmosphere and add extra bracing. I was definitely something that would necessarily add value to the property, but it added peace of mind and not it correctly vents. I especially like the one-way baffle to prevent backflow or any intrusion in that space. In the end this was a great upgrade and added a little more light to the bathroom.

Most everything you will need, from hardware to templates are included. It is definitely worth the price.

My boyfriend put this up and said it was pretty easy overall. The existing fan had mostly the same specs luckily so it was probably relatively easy for that reason. The fan looks so modern though! I love it. It's quiet and the nightlight is awesome. I'm scared of the dark and I always try to keep a light on so this is a nice way to find your way to the bathroom.

Replaced existing old exhaust fan in laundry room. Wiring could have been easier by them combining the neutral wires into one but other than that it’s a nice light and powerful and quiet fan.

Installation, for me, was not so easy, but it wasn't the fan's fault. Since I replaced a much older fan, I had to completely remove it, close up the opening, then cut a smaller opening in the ceiling that would fit this snugly. In the end, however, it was worth it. This is MUCH quieter and the difference in suction power is significant. I now realize that if you're dealing with a foggy bathroom after a long shower, it's because your bathroom fan is not performing at its peak. We love having the ability to change the light temperature as well. Overall, this is a great product.
