Just what I needed. My 1970s home and bathroom is a good size, with a window and vanity lights only. So I described this area as dark and wet. I had an electrician add a recessed light and this fan/light combo and i am soo pleased. It took me weeks to decide because I was looking at more popular brands. This fan has been installed for about 3months maybe and it has added much needed light, the noise level is acceptable; I know it's on but I wouldn't consider it loud. It has improved the moisture in my bathroom tremendously and it looks good. I love the different modes of light and i love the switch. It looks up to date and it's simple to use. The professionals that installed it had only minor issues that they were able to fix when it came to the wiring of the switch. Switch and light had to be added to a space that originally didnt have fixtures. I have considered updating my master bath with a fan from this same brand. I also love the dimming option!
